not a flow

So I want to know when the word 'flow' became the overarching word for any aerial sequencing ever.....The more I see it and process It, the less It makes sense to me.

For context, I grew up In the early 2000's aerial scene (I started doing aerial before aerial hammock was even invented.)

When I learned something new, It was called a skill, trick or a sequence of skills or tricks. If It was longer, It was called a routine or, If set to music and costumed, an act. When did the word flow come on the scene???

Was In the new onslaught of flow artists In the 2010's that coined the term 'flow' or 'a flow'?

Was It students who heard the term flow In class In reference to the Idea that you should "flow through It?"

Flow Is a state of being, and an improvisation. Flow is something you do when you're NOT doing a choreographed planned sequence. Flow Is not a series of things strung together preemptively. Im sorry, no. Yes I’m a hater. Yes I will die on this hill.

I am extremely tired of hearing everything being called a flow. So from here on out If you see me In my own comments section saying "not a flow", leave the dinosaur alone. She can't get on board with the new terminology. @smithsmithaerialarts
